Virtual Industrial Visit
The students of the Department of Biotechnology are provided the opportunity to attend virtual industrial visit to see the application of the courses learnt at the industrial level.
Flip-Classroom Model in Teaching-Learning Process
The students are provided with the opportunity to deliver a topic in presence of the other fellows and the faculty associated with the courses.
Hands on assignments/projects connected to courses
Faculty provides innovative assignments such as creation of poster (connected to lab course), models (connected to lab/theory course), PetriArts and Paintings (rangoli) on microbiology course. The also organizes Debate Competition (Drishtikon) in association with Microbiologists Society, India in every semester for all round development of the students.Departmental model making
The studnets prepare models with reference to particular topics of their courses.
Departmental Poster competition
The departmental students in every semester presents posters connected to their lab courses.
Agar Art Competition
The students of the department participate in “Agar-Art-Competition” to aggravate the microbiological skills.
Rangoli Art and Painting competition as part of microbiology course
